FULL SEASON COMMIMENT:

​

By registering your dancer, you are committing to a full year of classes. Their Instructor, and the rest of their group will be working all year on their routines to prepare for this show, so their full commitment is necessary!

MAIN GUARDIAN CONTACT:

​

The Parent/Guardian Information which is given at registration will be the main contact (email and phone) for any studio updates throughout the season.

This person will also be in charge of the dancer's account balance.By registering your dancer, you are committing to a full year of classes. Their Instructor, and the rest of their group will be working all year on their routines to prepare for this show, so their full commitment is necessary!

 REFUND POLICY:

​

Refunds will NOT be issued without a written withdrawal notice to the office.

 

A two week notification of withdrawal must be in writing notifying Just 4 Kicks' office of the student’s name, class and reason for withdrawal. The official date of withdrawal is effective upon receipt of written notice.

 

After February 1st, there are no refunds. All of your paid fees will be issued in the form of a credit on your account. If choosing Payment in Full, please keep this in mind.

 

 All costume deposits will be returned in full if the costume order has not been placed.  If one has been ordered, it is yours, and you will be able to pick it up when it arrives.

WAITING AREA POLICY:

​

We are so grateful to each of you for being part of our dance community. Creating a positive, focused, and welcoming environment for our dancers is always our top priority.

Recently, we have noticed that during class times, additional children who are not enrolled in classes are spending time in the waiting area. While we love seeing families together, we need to ensure that our studio remains a calm and respectful space for learning.

 

To maintain this environment, we kindly ask that:

 

  • Children in the waiting area remain supervised at all times.

  • Voices and activity levels stay calm and respectful.

  • Running, climbing, or disruptive behavior does not occur in the studio space.

  • Studio property and furnishings are treated with care.

 

 

If siblings are unable to wait quietly, we may ask families to make alternate arrangements during class times.

We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the studio safe, respectful, and focused for all dancers.

NO PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:

​

Because our studio provides programming for children, we take privacy particularly seriously.

​

Our studio is a private business and a controlled environment.

To protect the privacy, safety, and comfort of our dancers, families, staff, and instructors, photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted without prior permission from studio management.

​

1. No Unauthorized Photography or Recording

​

Parents, guardians, students, visitors, and other individuals attending the studio may not take photographs, videos, or recordings inside the studio or anywhere on studio premises without prior authorization from studio management.

​

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Taking photos or videos during dance classes

  • Recording dancers during rehearsals

  • Taking photos through studio doors or windows

  • Recording students in waiting areas, hallways, change areas, or other studio spaces

  • Using cell phones, cameras, tablets, smart watches, or other recording devices to capture images or video

  • Live streaming classes, rehearsals, performances, or studio activities

  • Recording audio of classes, instructors, students, or private conversations

  • Photographing or recording dancers who are not members of your own family

  • Posting or sharing unauthorized images or videos of dancers, instructors, staff, or other individuals online

Failure to follow this policy may result in:

​

  • Removal of the unauthorized photograph or recording

  • A request to delete unauthorized content

  • Removal from the studio premises

  • Suspension or termination of studio privileges

  • Cancellation of registration or enrollment, where appropriate

  • Additional action where required or permitted by law

Serious or repeated violations may result in the individual being prohibited from attending studio activities.
