Just 4 Kicks offers the following programs and provides the most current choreography, training techniques, and professional & friendly staff.

What to Wear to Class
Warm-up wear must be removed after the first 15 minutes of class.
Skirts, T-shirts, shorts, sweatpants, etc, make it difficult for the instructor to see how a dancer's muscles are working and whether their body placement of correct. Loose hair is distracting and gets in the way of proper turns and jumps. Watches, necklaces, or dangling earrings must be removed for class; Jewelry of any kind is best left at home. Students not dressed in proper dance attire may be asked to sit out for the class.
Dance is physically demanding. Your body needs energy to participate in class. If you are at the studio for long periods of time, or come straight from another activity please bring a nutritious snack. Snacks and water will be available for sale at the studio.
If you have an injury, please tell your instructor. If you are unwell and not up to participate in class, you are encouraged to observe. You can learn a lot by watching!
Class Attire Requirements
Toddler 3-4 Shoes: Pink or Black gym slippers Tights: Any colour Bodysuit: Any colour Skirts are permitted
Ages 5-7 Shoes Tap: Black Patent-leather Tap Shoes Ballet: Pink Leather Ballet Slippers Acro: Bare feet/stirrup or footless tights Hip Hop: Indoor running shoe Body Wear for All Disciplines Tights (pink/white/black/suntan) Bodysuit (any color) or fitted dance top Dance pants - jazz pants or Capri dance pants (tights must be worn with shorts)

Hip Hop (ages 5 & up)
Hip Hop is a fun and energetic way to learn the latest dance moves while increasing strength, balance, co-ordination and rhythm.
|

Jazz (ages 8 & up)
Jazz is a technical dance which draws from ballet. It teaches proper placement, posture, and focuses on developing strength and flexibility.

Tap (ages 5 & up)
Tap dancing teaches rhythm and physical co-ordination. Counting techniques are used to develop the feet as a percussive instrument.

Ballet (ages 5 & up)
Ballet is an ongoing development of technique and strength to build strong bodies both mentally and physically through discipline. It is the core of all dance disciplines. Pointe classes will be offered to ages 12 and up with previous ballet training, and at the recommendation of the teacher and director.

Acro (ages 5 & up)
Acrobatics develop strength and emphasizes flexability. It uses gymnastic type tricks such as cartwhels, splits, backbends, and tumbling and combines them with dance.

Pre-Dance (ages 3-4)
Pre-Dance is a special introduction to dance which includes basic steps from ballet, jazz, and acro. Singing and mime are also a fun part of class.
